1. Orders & Payments
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed and shipped.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, you may do so.
- Please note: the transaction fee charged by the payment provider is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Once a refund has been processed, it cannot be reversed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.
- Once the return has been received and approved, we will process your refund (minus the original transaction fee).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Colours and sizing may vary slightly from product images due to differences in monitors and production.
